Fantastic Norway will question and discuss the importance of architecture as a tool for strengthening both local democracy and identity.<\/p>\n<p>The main theme of this years Municipality Day is as follows (From KS homepage):<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWho should manage the municipality &#8211; elected politicians or government professional bureaucrats?<br \/>\nThis year, the Norwegian people choose 11 500 politicians.
