Property devoloper Oslo Areal engaged Fantastic Norway to prepare a feasibility study for a new settlement on the overall properties Waldemar Thrane Gate 84 b, 86 and 98 in Oslo/ Norway. A starting point for the study was to look with fresh eyes on the potential of the properties, the current regulation is no longer relevant and the use of the properties will be changed.

The study includes a study of urban issues, an evaluation of different shares between housing and commercial program, as well as an evaluation of different disposals of the volumes.
